William L. Mills, III
William is a lifelong resident of Concord, and has been practicing law in Cabarrus County since 1980. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and obtained his J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1980. He became Board Certified by the North Carolina State Bar in Estate Planning and Probate Law in 1989. He has been married to local retired physician Dr. Wanda Jenkins since 2007, and has one son, William L. Mills, IV, a practicing attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina.
